Policies

Cancellation timing

Float: 12-hour notice for members, 24-hour notice for non-members. Sauna: 12-hour notice.

Fees may apply for late cancellations: $15 for member floats, $25 for non-member floats, and $10 for sauna sessions. Cancel online or email your location.

Membership flexibility

Memberships have a 2-month minimum. After that, cancel anytime. Sessions roll over.

Join within 24 hours of your last intro service and your paid intro amount can apply toward your first membership month. Members also get a free sauna gift card, free compression boots before or after another paid session when available, 50% off sauna sessions, and 10% off retail. No refunds on membership charges. Confirm current terms in Helm at checkout.

HSA / FSA and group bookings

Many customers use HSA/FSA for Reboot. Corporate and group options are available.

Eligibility varies by plan, so check with your provider. For cryo parties, float sessions for teams, or corporate memberships, email info@rebootfloatspa.com.
