1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Reboot Float Spa LLC ("Reboot," "we," "us," or "our"), which operates Reboot Float & Cryo Spa locations. They govern your use of rebootfloatspa.com and related pages, customer accounts, online booking and store links, promotions, and Reboot communications programs.
By accessing the website, creating an account, making a purchase or reservation, or enrolling in a communications program, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable website or program.
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use the website or purchase on behalf of another person, you represent that you have authority to do so. Additional terms presented at checkout, in a membership agreement, waiver, promotion, or third-party platform also apply. If those specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the more specific terms control for that transaction or service.
2. Wellness services and eligibility
Reboot provides wellness services, not medical care. Our services and website content are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Services may include float therapy, contrast therapy, cold plunge, infrared sauna, cryotherapy, red light therapy, compression, Cryo T-Shock, and related wellness offerings. Services involve heat, cold, water, light, pressure, enclosed environments, or physical exertion and may not be appropriate for everyone.
You are responsible for providing accurate information, reviewing contraindications, following staff instructions, and consulting a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate. Do not use a service if you have been advised against it or if you are experiencing a condition that could make participation unsafe. Reboot may refuse, stop, or modify a service when staff reasonably believe it is unsafe or inappropriate.
You must complete required waivers and intake materials before participating. Service-specific waivers address risks and responsibilities not covered by these website Terms. Guests under 18 may require a parent or legal guardian's consent and may be subject to service-specific age or supervision requirements.
3. Reservations, arrival, cancellations, and no-shows
You agree to provide accurate booking information and arrive with enough time to complete check-in, waivers, changing, or preparation. Late arrival may shorten or forfeit a session when extending it would affect another guest's reservation.
Cancellation windows, late-cancellation fees, no-show fees, and rescheduling rules may vary by service, location, membership, package, or promotion. The policy displayed when you book or purchase, and any confirmation or membership terms, controls. Fees may be charged to the payment method on file where authorized.
Reboot may cancel or reschedule a reservation because of equipment issues, staffing, safety concerns, facility conditions, emergencies, or events beyond our reasonable control. When we cancel a paid service, our usual remedy is rescheduling, restoring the applicable credit, or providing another remedy required by law.
4. Prices, payments, and refunds
Prices, taxes, fees, service availability, and promotional terms may change before purchase. You authorize the payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the amount shown at checkout and for other charges you separately authorize, such as recurring membership charges or applicable cancellation fees.
Except where required by law or expressly stated in the offer or checkout terms, purchases are final and nonrefundable. Refunds, credits, or exchanges that Reboot chooses to provide do not create an obligation to provide the same remedy in another situation. Chargebacks filed without first attempting to resolve a legitimate billing question may result in account restrictions while the matter is investigated.
Our booking and payment providers may require you to accept their terms and privacy policies. Reboot is not responsible for their independent services, outages, or security practices.
5. Memberships and recurring charges
Memberships continue and renew according to the plan terms presented before enrollment. By enrolling, you expressly authorize recurring charges at the stated price and frequency until the membership is cancelled or otherwise ends. Any minimum commitment, renewal schedule, included credits, rollover rules, guest benefits, location restrictions, and cancellation terms will be disclosed at checkout or in the membership agreement.
You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file. Failed payments may pause benefits, create a past-due balance, or lead to cancellation. Changes to membership pricing or material renewal terms will be communicated as required by law.
You may cancel using the method described during enrollment or in your account. If you enrolled online, an online cancellation method will be available as required by California law. You may also contact us at info@rebootspa.com for help. Cancellation generally prevents future renewals and does not create a refund for a current or prior billing period unless required by law or stated in the applicable plan terms.
6. Packages, credits, promotions, and gift cards
Packages and service credits are subject to the eligibility, location, transfer, redemption, and expiration terms shown at purchase. Promotional credits, complimentary services, and discounts may expire or carry restrictions even when purchased gift cards do not.
Unless an offer states otherwise, first-visit or introductory offers are limited to one per customer and require that the customer has not previously used the applicable introductory service. Offers cannot be combined, transferred, redeemed for cash, or applied retroactively unless expressly stated.
Gift cards are governed by the terms presented at purchase and applicable law. Lost, stolen, or unauthorized gift cards may not be replaceable unless we can verify ownership and remaining value.
7. Email and SMS programs
You may receive transactional communications related to your account, reservations, purchases, safety, or requests. You may also separately choose to receive marketing emails or text messages.
When you provide a mobile number, accept the SMS disclosure, and verify the code we send, you agree to receive recurring marketing text messages from Reboot Float Spa LLC, including messages sent using an autodialer or similar technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

8. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials. Notify us if you believe an account or payment method has been used without authorization.
You may not:
- Use the website or services unlawfully, fraudulently, or in a way that violates another person's rights.
- Interfere with website operation, bypass security controls, scrape content, introduce malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Abuse promotions, verification systems, reservations, staff, other guests, or messaging programs.
- Misrepresent identity, eligibility, health or safety information, payment authorization, or promotional qualification.
We may suspend access, cancel reservations, refuse service, or take other reasonable action in response to misuse, safety risks, nonpayment, or violation of these Terms.
9. Intellectual property and feedback
The website and its branding, text, photographs, graphics, videos, design, software, and other content are owned by Reboot or used with permission and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Reboot grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to use the website for personal, noncommercial purposes. No other rights are granted.
If you voluntarily submit suggestions or feedback, you grant Reboot permission to use them without restriction or compensation, but we will continue to handle personal information according to our Privacy Policy.
10. Third-party links and services
The website may link to booking, payment, social-media, mapping, or other third-party services. Links are provided for convenience and do not make Reboot responsible for third-party content, availability, terms, privacy, or practices. Your use of those services is between you and the third party.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and website content are provided "as is" and "as available." Reboot disclaims implied warranties relating to the website, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. We do not promise that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, or that general wellness information will be accurate or appropriate for every person.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reboot and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from the website or these Terms. For claims relating solely to the website, our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid Reboot through the website during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, and they do not replace or expand any rights, responsibilities, releases, or remedies in an applicable service waiver, membership agreement, or purchase terms.
12. General terms
Changes. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise stated or required by law.
Governing law. California law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not subject to another valid agreement will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, except where consumer law requires another forum.
Severability and waiver. If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a business transaction or by operation of law.
Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable checkout terms, membership agreement, waiver, or promotion terms form the agreement governing the relevant subject matter.
