1. Sign Our Waiver

To expedite your visit, please sign the waiver online. If you're unable, you'll be able to sign in store as well.

2. Watch Intro Videos

Our intro videos will prepare and educate you on your float or cryo session.

3. Pre-Float Tips

Follow these tips to have an amazing first float.

For cryo: Be sure to have dry hair and skin.

4. Arrive Early

You don't want to be rushed as you go into your float so please leave time to find parking.

Avoid Caffeine

We know it seems impossible, but try to avoid caffeine 4 hours prior.

Don't Shave

Unless you love stinging pain, don't shave or wax 8 hours prior.
 

Light Stomach

Be satiated, but avoid heavy meals before your float.

FLOAT CANCELLATION POLICY

MEMBERS

A $15 charge will be incurred if a 12 hour notice is not given.

 

NON-MEMBERS

A $25 charge will be incurred if a 24 hour notice is not given.

 

 

SAUNA CANCELLATION POLICY

A $10 charge will be incurred if you change or cancel appointment time 12 hours prior to appointment.

FLOAT CONTRAINDICATIONS

A New Tattoo

If you've gotten a tattoo in the last 4-6 weeks.

Newly Dyed Hair

Please wait until the dye does not come out in the shower at.

Untreated Epilepsy

You have epilepsy that is not under medical control.

A Large Open Wound

It's not sanitary and it would sting like crazy!

CRYO CONTRAINDICATIONS

  • Untreated Hypertension

  • Decompensating diseases (edema) of the cardiovascular and respiratory system; congestive heart failure

  • Unstable Angina Pectoris

  • Pacemaker​​

  • Peripheral Arterial Occlusive Disease

  • Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) or known circulatory dysfunction

  • Acute febrile respiratory (Flu like respiratory conditions)

  • Severe Anemia

  • Cold Allergenic Phenomenon (known allergy to cold contactants)

  • Bacterial and viral infections of the skin

  • Wound healing disorders (open sores or discharging wound/skin conditions)

  • Raynaud’s disease

  • Polyneuropathies

  • Pregnancy

  • Vasculitis
